RPC-XXX is contained within a mock-town within the Northwest Territories of Canada, the area of which is 6km²¹. Surrounding RPC-XXX-A is a chain-link fence which is regularly patrolled by MST Quebec-16² to ensure no containment breaches occur. On a bi-weekly schedule, MST Quebec-16 is to dispatch into RPC-XXX-A to replace all removed electrical outlet plug covers, and has 96 hours to complete this task.

In the event that civilian contact is made with RPC-XXX-1, MST Quebec-16 is to intercept as soon as possible to avoid their risk of exposure to RPC-XXX. Civilians are to be detained and administered Class A-1 amnestics. In the event that civilian contact is made with RPC-XXX outside of its dormant period, MST Quebec-16 is to wait until RPC-XXX's next dormant cycle to extract the civilian from RPC-XXX-1. If the civilian is alive, they are to be detained and interviewed. If the civilian is deceased, then they are to be disposed of via incineration.

If contact is made with RPC-XXX while it is active, it is strictly advised to not interfere with the anomaly. Remaining still and silent is recommended.

Description: RPC-XXX is a human male, standing at 1.7m with a stout build. The most striking feature of it would be its face, with cavities in place of its eyes and mouth, appearing much like an electrical socket. RPC-XXX is not capable of sight; however, it has especially keen hearing.

Containment Protocols: RPC-XXX is contained within a 3³m soundproofed vault within Site-007. A microphone is situated above RPC-XXX, which transmits audio into an adjacent observation room that should be manned by at least two telegraphists at any given time. For safety purposes, it is advised that noise-cancelling headphones be worn inside of RPC-XXX's containment chamber.

Description: RPC-XXX is a type K electrical outlet manufactured in Denmark with no visible wires.
