Registered Phenomena Code: XXX

Object Class: Beta-Yellow

Hazard Types: Mechanical Hazard,Extra-Dimensional Hazard, Electro-Magnetic Hazard, Radiation Hazard, Ecological Hazard.

Containment Protocols:
44 miles from RPC-XXX is to be an underground site called Site-90-X. Site-90-X is an almost fully automated base designed for surveillance on anomalies and containment of anomalous items and artifacts from RPC-XXX. MST Alpha-51 is to be assigned for any combat operations against RPC-XXX combat personnel in the case of attempts by expansion and the sabotage of any scavenging attempts by RPC-XXX. Electromagnetic pulse weaponry has no effect on RPC-XXX-1 instances, so the development of other possible alternatives are being explored by Research Division. Attempts at trying to reach RPC-XXX by civilians is to be dissuaded by a sonic barrier designed to incapacitate a normal non-anomalous adult human. For entering RPC-XXX, personnel are advised to wear any CBN suits to prevent contamination from any pollutants.

Description:
Beginning on January 18th, 1999. Reports of a town made up of machines and steam engines were identified by the local press of Missionary Haven, United Kingdom. MST Charlie-99 "The Diplomats", were called to assess the anomalous nature of the town and give back a report on the denizens of RPC-XXX. The townspeople of Missionary Haven would be unknowingly poisoned by the capacious number of extremely environmentally hazardous devices and machines, thus forcing the MST to utilize CBN suits to enter the town. Remaining non-anomalous humans would be escorted out of town and given amnestics to purge the memory of encountering RPC-XXX.

RPC-XXX details a highly anomalous extra-dimensional town occupying 33 square kilometers of land in the town that was once Missionary Haven. All of the original non-anomalous town has been buried underneath by the structures of RPC-XXX by a number of different pollutants and junk being disgorged from the factories of RPC-XXX. Buildings commonly featured in RPC-XXX are town homes, factories, governmental administrative buildings, banks, and others that have been identified as restaurants2

Heavy environmental pollution includes the likes of toxic and chemical waste, scrap metal, and other pollutants are improperly disposed of from factories and the anomalous nature of these pollutants makes it arduous for the Authority to contain. No known forms of environmental conservatory measures are practically non-existent and it ostensibly appears as if the concept of environmentally safe technologies do not exist within the town denizens of RPC-XXX. So far an estimate 300 square miles of land has been rendered inhospitable due to the ecologically damaging effects of the local industries of RPC-XXX.

Denizens of RPC-XXX are classified as RPC-XXX-1. RPC-XXX-1 are anomalous humanoid or non-humanoid mechanical sentient beings capable of intelligent thought and action. They are generally passive and do not attempt to harm Authority personnel, but the raw amount of pollutant agents that they secrete from their bodies makes it difficult for communication to be established. Concurrently, the ruling body of RPC-XXX are a group of RPC-XXX-1 instances known as the Gear Council: the Gear Council mandates the living for all RPC-XXX-1 and have established a relationship with GEAR3 to create anomalous consumer goods and products for the organization. One of the most prominent of these is the manufacture of weapons for GEAR PMCs employed.

RPC-XXX itself exhibits a great deal of defenses across its town. One of these is a prominent "Tesla Tower" that projects a potent 40,000 megawatt beam capable of incinerating seven hundred square kilometers of land as detailed in Report Incident XXX-11/20/2005.
