Containment Protocols: The main channel containing RPC-929 has been restricted from public viewing. Only personnel with level 3 clearance or higher may have access to the page containing RPC-929. Interviews with RPC-929 are as of today difficult due to its method of speech after being asked a question. Personnel are not to observe RPC-929 for longer than an hour to prevent new manifestations.
Description: An RPC-929 instance is a female virtual humanoid1 which currently controls and resides in a YouTube2 creator page that is restricted only to the eyes of Authority personnel with the respected clearance level. The page has been titled Hamechi Maiko Ch. and it’s original creator remains unknown. RPC-929 is prone to visual glitches and freezing for several minutes at a time before reverting to its initial state.
The virtual entity possesses white hair, pale skin, green eyes, and ears resembling that of a randomized animal. RPC-929 will occasionally host 2-3 live streams between the hours of 3 PM and 10 PM EST. These live streams3 will typically be RPC-929 playing any popular video game or staring at the viewer waiting for messages in the built in live chat section.4
RPC-929 communicates using a female text-to-speech voice in replacement of an ordinary human voice. When answering questions asked by Authority staff, RPC-929 will begin to speak in riddles.5 These riddles are typically nonsensical and have no specific answer. When asked about the answer to said riddle, RPC-929 will fail to respond.
No anomalous effects have been observed on subjects who view RPC-929, although it has been noted that RPC-929 instances are capable of manifesting if another instance has been viewed for specifically 1 hour straight. Newly manifested RPC-929 instances will possess identical properties and behavior as the original instance. It has been noted that RPC-929 instances will cease to exist if the main page in which it resides is terminated.
Addendum 929.1: An interview was conducted with RPC-929 despite it giving riddles as answers. Dr. Haley Summers6 had asked the entity a list of questions, those being important and random questions in order to obtain some of its riddled answers. The following is a list of a important questions asked by Dr. Summers followed by RPC-929's response.

Where is the place where it snows during the summer and it melts in the winter, but it always rains at night as it dries in the day? How do more instances such as yourself manifest when you are viewed for exactly 1 hour, is this a randomized trigger connected to the website itself, or is it your creator producing them? A dull word above Yes and below No, but it only possesses 3 letters and the ability to answer your questions. Do you have full control over the responses you give, or are you programmed to respond with a certain word or phrase based on the question or conversation? The name of one who is in full control while also being controlled. How must it be described on this level of thinking? Addendum 929.2: During an attempt to track the creator of RPC-929, it was discovered that each time a specific address is provided, it will appear as a completely different address. Most addresses have led to nations in the continent of Asia.7
Addendum 929.3: It is theorized that all answers to these riddles are in fact of anomalous objects, as stated by junior researcher Dr. Randy Lennard. This theory has been further proven to be true during the aforementioned interview between Dr. Summers and RPC-929. Dr. Summers questioned RPC-929 on its creator's hobbies, in which it answered the following.
Music listenable yet unlistenable, harmful and unharmful. Music of a joyful season, but unjoyful when applied. A colorful sight with an unknown feeling. The individual will enjoy and will not enjoy such contents created for all. What is it I speak of?
Dr. Summers has pressumed the creator enjoys listening to music, though through so speculation the answer given by RPC-929 has been matched with an existing anomaly designated RPC-635.8 Researchers are still unsure if RPC-635 is what RPC-929 had been reffering to in its riddle. However, no other anomalous objects have been matched with any other riddles provided by RPC-929
