I'm not sure who the creator/originator of Project Blue Book is, but I am interested in its concept.
I am interested in portraying Project Blue Book as equally incompetent, reckless and amateurish as they are well-funded and connected, confidently sticking their heads into the jaws of danger without realizing the implications or consequences of their actions with the ensuing fallout making things worse for the Authority to clean up.
Not outright hostile with the A, but at the same time aggressively competitive, "sniping" anomalies right before the A can secure it (or even during securement). I'd like to portray them as pains in the asses who do more damage than they sought to prevent.
