Object Class:

Hazards: Radiation Hazard, Visual Hazard, Extra-dimensional Hazard, Anti-Physical Hazard

Containment Protocols: At least ten security personnel are to guard RPC-XXXX at all times during the summer. From then on, only five security personnel will be required until RPC-XXXX reappears. OL-Site-XXXX has been erected around RPC-XXXX, preventing wildlife and civilians from entering the area. During testing, subjects are required to wear hazardous material suits. Non-D-Class personnel are not allowed inside RPC-XXXX.

Description: RPC-XXXX is a pine-wood cabin located at a remote area on Mount ████, ██. The single-room interior of the cabin contains a bed, two tables, six chairs, one stone fireplace, one dresser, one bookshelf, and a wooden trapdoor in the middle of the room. The trapdoor leads to a complex of tunnels that stretch for multiple kilometers, averaging 3km each. The tunnels form a grid that never branches out, aside from several rooms that can be entered

Two days ago, at the recently established OL-Site-XXXX, two-thirds of the on-site staff died from total organ failure, a single camera shut off, and RPC-XXXX disappeared. In its place was a small group of pine trees. All evidence points to a visual hazard. Keep in mind that this event took place right at the end of summer, and according to the surviving personnel, right at 12:00.
