Registered Phenomena Code: XXX

Object Class: Alpha-White

Hazards: Sapient, Organic, Regenerative,

Containment Protocols: RPC-XXX is to be contained in a standard Alpha-White containment cell, submerged in two hundred liters of synthetic amniotic fluid. An MRI-based computer must connect to all four lobes of the cerebral cortex of RPC-XXX for the study of RPC-XXX's brain

Testing of RPC-XXX's regenerative abilities must only be done whilst RPC-XXX is in a comatose state, and it is only to be tested by the microscopic level done while RPC-XXX is submerged in synthetic amniotic fluid.

Description: RPC-XXX is the unborn fetus of ██████ ███. Despite it being sixteen years since the conception of RPC-XXX and ██████ ███'s death, signs of life are still possessed by RPC-XXX and is still within the third trimester of fetal development. RPC-XXX appears to be incredibly thin to the point where almost the entire skeletal structure of RPC-XXX can be inferred from the outside, and weighs 1.35 kilograms.

RPC-XXX regenerates lost tissue and cells within seconds after they are killed, effectively rendering RPC-XXX invulnerable to all non-anomalous means of destruction. This process requires no energy or substance intake of any kind. It is undetermined how this is accomplished. RPC-XXX has survived hydraulic crushing, incineration, being completely submerged in battery acid, and being ███ into ██████, only showing signs of pain as a result.

The Authority was noticed upon possible anomalous effects after ██/05/2002, when the mother of RPC-XXX got into a fatal car crash, impaling the mother and the father. Despite the death of the mother and having its head impaled, RPC-XXX survived through unknown means.

MRI scans have shown an exponential increase of stress produced by RPC-XXX when not placed in amniotic fluid. Furthermore, when awake in amniotic fluid, RPC-XXX will often be seen clawing at the amniotic fluid in front of it. This is done as an attempt at a fight or flight response to the stress RPC-XXX is under.

Addendum XXX-1: As previously mentioned, RPC-XXX has the ability to immediately regenerate lost tissue and cells. As of August 14th, 2002, the umbilical cord has stopped regenerating in this process. Because of this, we can confirm that the date of birth for RPC-XXX would have been August 14th, 2002, had it not had anomalous properties.

Observation Log XXX-A: It appears that while in a comatose state, RPC-XXX moves in a sporadic, almost seizure-like manner. This could be due to the lack of an umbilical cord causing asphyxia. It is unknown why this type of movement does not occur whilst RPC-XXX is awake, but MRI scans on RPC-XXX would suggest that RPC-XXX is used to this feeling, and has therefore learned to control it's body's movement while awake.
