Item #: RPC-XXX

Object Class: Alpha-Orange

Hazard Types: Mechanical Hazard, Bio-Hazard, Corrosive Hazard, Radiation Hazard, Toxic Hazard, Extreme Temperatures Hazard, Electric Hazard

Containment Protocols: OL-31 is to remain under guard at all times by civilian-clad agents given its rural location. Any civilians attempting to breach the fences surrounding OL-31 are to apprehended, interrogated and released back into the general public following amnestization. Any tests involving RPC-XXX require the approval of Head Researcher Alex Fisher. Given RPX-XXXs dangerous nature, all testing with RPC-XXX must be conducted by CSD-Class personnel.

Description: RPC-XXX is a disused diner located in ███████, New York. RPC-XXX has at the time of documentation been abandoned for ██ years following its closure. RPC-XXXs properties are displayed upon entering the diner, placing a variable amount of money at the counter (Which will promptly vanish) and sitting down at one of RPC-XXXs tables. After the subject completes the steps required to activate RPC-XXXs anomalous properties, A meal/snack/drink appearing to be based on how much the subject "spends" will materialize at the subjects table. If the subject adds a written request along with the money RPC-XXX appears to try to accommodate that request.

RPC-XXX appears to be able to serve an infinite amount of patrons with no limits hit so far. Any items spawned by RPC-XXX are while not necessarily anomalous in behavior tend to be. Thus far testing with RPC-XXX has spawned no repeated item, however, there have been extremely similar items spawned. (See test log XXX-1 for a log of all tests). RPC-XXX seems to have no limit to what it spawns. It is currently unknown whether RPC-XXX creates items spontaneously or summons them from various places.

Note: Given RPC-XXXs numerous possible effects, Dr. Fisher has authorized any scientist holding clearance of level 2 or above access to RPC-XXX for testing, please see test log-XXX-A for a full list of all tests.
