Description: RPC-049-NC is a red scaled humanoid. The entity's height is just over 5 meters. The entity was able to teleport anywhere with in the universe it's currently in. It originated from the EDC universe. The entity was able to manipulate gravity to were some parts of the planet had a stronger gravitational pull than others.

OBJECTIVE: Retrieve all survivors from Site-013, Breach-04. Terminate all RCP-163-1 instances.

EQUIPMENT: All team members have been equipped with new Type IIA body armor. Each team member is additionally provided with a FMS helmet, Heckler & Koch HK416 rifle, 8 F1-m1916 grenades, a pocket camera and tape recorder for archival purposes, Armasight Vega Night Vision Headset, and a digital map of Site-013 for navigation purposes.

TIME OF OPERATION: 16:34 CET

Entrance Location: Gate-C Elevator.

EVENT LOG:

Unknown green sludge obstructing entrance cleared without alerting RPC-163-1 instances.

One RPC-163-1 instance discovered in an old RPC-046 containment cell. Instance composed primarily of fur and human ears. Immobilized by rifles. Cell exited.

Screaming heard by team, coming from multiple locations and growing closer. V4-2, V4-3, and V4-4 volunteer to stay behind terminate the approaching RPC-163-1 instances while V4-Cap and V4-1 continue to search for survivors on the gamma level. V4-Cap and V4-1 provide remaining team with their grenades and a portion of their ammo.

Search party approaches RPC-021 containment room. Party finds RPC-021 neutralized. Party leaves only to find a purple circle and red scaled humanoid standing in front of it. V4-Cap and V4-1 instantly vaporized. Cameras go out.

V4-2 is killed by a RCP-163-1 instance and V4-4 sufferers burns to his back. V4-3 and V4-4 evacuate Site-013. No other RPC personnel exit after this.

I am requesting your agencies assistance in containing one of our smartest entities. If your wondering it is a seemingly indestructible humanoid. We can not neutralize the entity, but have we been able to contain it in the past. Unfortunately, it has breached containment and has killed the United States President. It is claiming to be the new president.

Could you help us contain/neutralize the entity before it tries to take over our universe?
