CSS theme is optional.
Most of the time OI GOI format articles are compilations of multiple notes passed around by Omega Iota and affiliates compiled by the authority. So they're all titled something akin to:

The [###] at the beginning is for a random number. This number does not correspond with the DA number, as this is, once again, a compilation within the Authority database. They also help distinguish each article.

OI Formats don't have addenda like RPCs do. Instead, any other supplementary notes are often attached below the main document. There is no set format for the addenda other than their position.
("ΩΙ-R" means Omega Iota Records. Any document owned only by Omega Iota will have this stamped in the corner. If it is accessible to non-OI actors, it will be replaced by the red "CONFIDENTIAL" as seen in the letter format.)
Documented Asset is often shortened to DA###, i.e. DA1, DA173, etc. In 001, the first two zeroes aren't added before a number. RPC-012 would be DA12, RPC-005 would be DA5, and so forth.
Threat Codes:
Delta = Safe, non-hazardous to living creatures and/or its surroundings. Generally harmless and/or easy to handle.
Lambda = Caution, has the ability or has been reported to harm living creatures and/or its surroundings. Must be handled with caution, moderately dangerous.
Mu = Danger, regularly harms anything that comes into contact with it. Handling by humans is advised against, and is extremely dangerous.
Upsilon = Apocalyptic threat, poses a threat to humanity, the planet, the universe, or all of the above. Must be destroyed as soon as possible or ignored. Never to be handled.
Cognitive scale measures from 1-6:
1 = not intelligent, unable to think.
2 = sentient, able to move and perceive its surroundings.
3 = animistic, has basic instincts and possesses the drive for survival.
4 = primitive, almost sapient, able to perceive basic concepts and communication. Not unlike a chimpanzee or other primate.
5 = human-level, possesses intelligence similar or greater than that of the average human being. Capable of advanced communication, tasks, and comprehending complicated concepts.
6 = Lovecraftian, scope of intellect is unable to be understood and/or comprehended.
Codenames:
Fairly simple, just a common nickname for the anomaly. It can be anything, as long as it makes sense in the context of its history.
Example of a document: Anomaly is the 1000th documented by the OI. It is to be handled with caution, and is animistic in nature.

Used during covert communications between units/personnel/vassal orgs, a la MC&D. Very versatile, and can even be used outside of OI-related material. If a letter is written by OI, put "Omega Iota Communications" in the author slot. The tone would normally be very cold, official, and cryptic, almost like an eerie business executive. Think dark and sterile, with a sprinkle of superstition and prestige.

these types of notes are restricted to when Ministers contact people.
when writing for an employee talking to the ministry, or even Omega Iota Communications, be sure to have them use posh, decadent language. the Ministers are physical manifestations of ego, and any counts of "childish" or "reckless" language in a note directly addressing them in any way is a violation of Discipline Code. stuff like "it'd" and "y'all" are pretty much forbidden. just make sure to sound like youve got a stick up your ass.
