NOTICE FROM WESTCOM CONTAINMENT DIVISION COMMAND
Hello, USER.
RPC-119 has been reclassified for use by the Authority in neutralization of spatial hazards produced by anomalies. Clearance prerequisite has been upgraded from Level 2 to Level 4. Please refer provisional clearance requests to your Site's Security Department.
Additionally, while the privileges given to anomalous personnel are still being debated and discussed, discrimination against personnel is still in violation with Authority policies and will be handled accordingly. Please forward concerns and complaints to the Department of Personnel Efficacy & Wellness.

Operative RPC-119 (left) alongside RRT W-5 Operative H████ S██████ (right), identifying the spatial anomaly produced by RPC-████-NT.
Containment Protocols: Currently viewing Major revision "3" 119.26.6.22 — RPC-119 is an IB-500 Operative of WESTCOM Rapid Response Team Whisky-51, garrisoned at Loch Lomond Castle. Whisky-5 is dispatched to locations that have maintained spatial hazards that must be destroyed to prevent damage to the veil. RPC-119 is authorized to exert spatial displacements up to 10m3 so long as non-expendable Authority personnel are not inside of the target area. RPC-119 lives on-site in Site-007's security personnel barracks. RPC-119 is required to attend bi-weekly therapy sessions as well as perform psychological evaluations following all deployments.
RPC-119 is not authorized to exert spatial displacements on-site unless done in a formal testing environment, and may only exert displacements with volumes smaller than 1m3. Exceptions are provided in the event of on-site breaches. Personnel are not permitted to interact with spatial displacements created by RPC-119. Additionally, RPC-119 is not authorized to exert displacements in areas that are visible to large quantities of veiled citizens. In the event that RPC-119 must exert large spatial displacements, mass Class-A amnestics and disinformation tactics may be used on witnessing populations to protect the veil. All uses of spatial displacements by RPC-119 are to be reported directly to WESTCOM Containment Division Command to assess whether or not it was necessary. All lesser incidents regarding RPC-119 are to be reported directly to WESTCOM Rapid Response Team Whisky-5's Command Element Charlie.
Attached to this section is the major revision history of RPC-119's containment protocols since acquisition, with relevant information included.
BLANKET TEST BAN: EFFECTIVE 13.9.24
Issuing Authority: WESTCOM Containment Division Command
Reasoning: Several members of RRT Whisky-5, as well as RPC-119's designated therapist have put forth a request for a blanket test ban to WESTCOM Containment Division Command, citing increased stress with performing duties as an active Operative in a Rapid Response Team in addition to being a test subject on a consistent basis. This request has been ACCEPTED until further notice.
Description: RPC-119 is a 31-year-old bald white human male who requires prescription glasses. RPC-119 is able to exert spatial displacements in matter, meaning that it can create voids that alter, disturb, or destroy matter caught within the displacement. Since its initial recovery, RPC-119 has been able to improve its control over creation of displacements, and has been able to temporarily disrupt or entirely destroy spatial hazards exerted by other anomalies. RPC-119's displacements consistently take the shape of one of the five platonic solids3. As the number of faces increases, so does the effort required to exert these displacements.
Spatial displacements exerted by RPC-119 are stationary, and can be exerted at a distance of up to 50m from itself, appearing as opaque voids. Objects captured inside of displacements cannot be seen; however, it should be noted that objects and terrain are not destroyed when captured by these spatial displacements. Instead, they are altered in predictable ways, including:
- Manipulating an object's size without altering its mass;
- Fusing an object with other non-gaseous materials captured by the displacement;
- Potential combustion of flammable objects;
- Distortion or rearrangement of an object's appearance.
Organic matter placed inside displacements may suffer from the above side effects. In addition to this, the interior of spatial displacements is incredibly hostile towards organisms, with a high risk of death from the rapidly-onsetting alterations that occur within a displacement.
It should be noted that, in spite of these risks, RPC-119 is unaffected by its own spatial displacements, and is able to move through them as well as matter captured inside of these displacements. This has resulted in the incorporeal hazard being applied to the anomaly, as with its larger displacements, it is able to essentially walk through its containment walls. It has since ceased this activity upon request by Site Security, citing major structural damage sustained by the surfaces its displacements interacts with. The interior of RPC-119's spatial displacements has been designated as a Class ACS-2 reality on the Anderson Coherency Scale, supplemented by an Anderson-Eckhardt Coherency Reader.
Addenda: The following addenda are attached logs and information regarding RPC-119. In the event that a discrepancy is found in these records, a member of the Office of Analysis and Science, under the Research Division should be contacted. Please note that not all test records have been displayed, though records may be requested from the Office of Information Records and Security.
Foreword: Testing records from Site-009 have been relabeled and given abstracts, categorised by the complexity of the tests and the interactions that occur. Redactions have been removed for non-provisional Level 4 personnel. Relevant therapy records have been attached to some test logs.
119.1.A–E Abstract: Testing consists of stationary, single-object interactions with spatial displacements, evaluating the hazards associated with the phenomenon.
119.1.F–H Abstract: Further testing in regards to spatial displacements, now observing complex interactions with multiple objects, objects in motion, and liquid solutions.
119.1.I–J Abstract: Testing in regards to interactions between spatial displacements and organic matter.
119.1.O Abstract: Largely declassified record from Site-009, involving the interaction between a spatial displacement and a CSD test subject. Following this test, a temporary hold was placed on all research into RPC-119's displacements while its lethality rating was reviewed.
Incident Report 119-██: Containment breach of RPC-119, the report of which sparked an investigation into its containment and treatment.
