Description: RPC-445 is a German radio talk show broadcasting from a 1937 Volksempfänger. Named "Talk of the Reich", the talk show has been broadcasting since 1940 on a daily basis at 20:00 PM CET. The talk show is hosted by two individuals, Heinz Erwinger and Joseph Kuhn. No documentation has been found on either individual, suggesting they are fictional personas created to personify the voices of RPC-445.

Recordings and Transcripts found in the archives of the Reich Ministry of Public Enlightenment and Propaganda detail that the shows original purpose was for RPC-445 to act as an entertaining sublime-propaganda radio show which would detail the current major events of the war to the German people. RPC-445 was officially cancelled in 1945 after the surrender of Germany on the 9th of May but RPC-445 has continued broadcasting up to date. With the Third Reich no longer in existence, RPC-445 became a talk show on the ongoing events and actions of the GARD1. RPC-445 has changed its stance and character after 1945, with its hosts becoming more aggressive towards nations and organisations hostile to GARD.

Since its change to a GARD talk show, RPC-445 has been used Authority Central Intelligence for information on GARD.
