Containment Procedures: RPC-645 is currently contained in a 25m x 25m humanoid containment cell at Site-000. The walls of the containment cell have been fitted with soundproofing to exclude extraneous noise. All personnel working with RPC-645 must have at least Level 3 security clearance and are required to take extreme security precautions to avoid the possibility of escalation during involvement with RPC-645.
Description: RPC-645 is a humanoid entity approximately 351 cm (11’5") in height and weighs approximately 625 kg. The entity exhibits extreme muscular hypertrophy and mass, with black-pitch eyes that may emit a faint white glow in darkness, and black hair. RPC-645 has light khaki skin and is typically observed wearing a green camouflage dress shirt, a Telnyashka tank-top, green camouflage pants, a black belt, and black boots custom-made for its unusually large feet (men’s size 69 EU).
Notable anatomical features include arms approximately 150 cm in length, forearms with a circumference of 73.7 cm (29 in), upper arms with a circumference of 58.4 cm, legs approximately 180 cm in length with a circumference of 50.8 cm (20 in), and fists almost 38 cm across the knuckles. Radiological imaging (X-ray) has proven difficult due to the density and unusual structure of RPC-645's tissues. The upper body is covered in numerous healed scars consistent with bladed and ballistic trauma.
Despite its intimidating appearance, RPC-645 is remarkably polite, stoic, and cooperative. It is highly intelligent, with a propensity for philosophical reasoning and demonstrated fluency in English, Russian, Latin, Spanish, French, and Arabic. RPC-645 exhibits a vast array of knowledge on advanced engineering and sciences and engages in diplomatic relations with staff.
However, exposure to provocation or unauthorized variables has been known to trigger episodes of extreme aggression. In these episodes RPC-645 has acted violently against staff members. Its enhanced senses grant it the ability to move with ease through complete darkness, and its sight and hearing are presumed to be superior to a human's. The entity is also capable of regenerating from injuries, especially those caused by explosives, armor-piercing ammunition, and anti-tank weaponry, in
RPC-645 has anomalously high muscle tissue density and function. Relative to its large mass, the entity is extremely fast and agile. In a containment breach on ██/██/████, RPC-645 covered a distance of 25 meters in 1.2 seconds, reaching a burst velocity of around 75 km/h (46.6 mph). Reflex testing has shown it capable of dodging standard projectile weaponry while unprovoked and aware of threats. Agility and balance are similarly exceptional for its size, and all attempts to measure its maximum lifting and striking force have been unsuccessful to date, leading to the conclusion that it possesses immeasurable physical strength.
RPC-645 has been observed engaging in constructive activities such as reading, creative writing, and tailoring clothes to fit its dimensions. The entity is allowed access to a sewing machine. RPC-645 has been diagnosed with traumatic mutism, a disorder wherein an individual is unable to speak after experiencing a traumatic event.
Discovery: RPC-645 was first identified in the area of Rostov-on-Don on October 20th, after several reports had been made regarding an exceptionally large person in the area and the disappearance of 15 people. It was later found in an abandoned building within a deserted area near town, in open fields of Russia.
