Hazard Types: Mechanical, Electromagnetic Force, Geological.

Archived Containment Protocols: RPC-052 is stationed at Garage 9 of Site-███. The use of RPC-052 as a standard transportation vehicle is strictly limited to Level 2 personnel. Maintenance of the vehicle is to be performed twice a week to preserve its operational value.

Description: RPC-052 was a Nissan NV350 Urvan painted in black, used primarily for transportation and occasionally, drive-by shootings perpetrated by the previous owners¹. The most notable modification is in the driver's area of RPC-052, this being a built-in secondary gear stick. The words ''Chill Zone'', ''Outta Here'', and ''Drift By'', have been written with the white marker on the layout of the secondary gear knob. Upon starting RPC-052, various anomalous properties manifest according to the shift position of the van indicated by the secondary lever.

C.Z - Chill Zone.	If RPC-052 travels below the 20 km/h mark, all sound frequency emitted by RPC-052 will drop to a value of 3 dB. This effect extends to any noise produced by the individuals on board, however, they can still be audible from the inside of the van.	N/A.
M.I - Move it.	RPC-052 increases it's acceleration speed from 40 km/h2 to 55 km/h2, resulting in RPC-055 reaching a maximum velocity of 110 km/h.	Gasoline consumption increased significantly during initial testing.
O.H - Outta Here.	Upon reaching a velocity of 75 km/h, RPC-052 will develop an anomalous magnetic field surrounding the vehicle in a 5.5 m radius. Outside objects prone to magnetism will be repelled by the Repulsion Force exerted by the field, with a strength measured at [DATA EXPUNGED]2.	Non-ferrous metals were still repelled by RPC-052's effect. In spite of this, metals inside the van at the moment of testing were not.
D.B - Drift By.	The terrain within 20 meters of RPC-052 was anomalously altered in a way that eased the van's movement. These alterations within the affected area include immediate elevation of road holes; hardening of muddy terrain; flattening of road bumps; and complete evaporation of small bodies of water.	The area affected by RPC-052 will revert back to its original state as soon as it exits the range of RPC-052.

Discovery: RPC-052 was discovered on 21/09/1996, in the Southwest region of the city of Los Angeles, California. Several motorized shootings had been perpetrated in the last 5 days, likely a result of increased gang conflicts in response to Tupac Shakur's death on 13/09/1996. During one of the aforementioned incidents, several police officers were subject to many of RPC-052's anomalous properties while chasing the vehicle, severely damaging 4 patrolling vehicles. A follow-up retrieval operation resulted in the recovery of RPC-052, however, the driver (suspected to be the owner of the van) was found deceased inside the vehicle and therefore could not be detained for interrogation³.

Test Number: 009.
Personnel Involved: CSD-789, a 31 year old Hispanic male convict.
Objective: Trigger any of RPC-052's anomalous effects while the vehicle moves in reverse.
Procedures: CSD-789 was instructed to drive the van in reverse while shifting patterns.
Result: Due to the low velocity of the vehicle, shift patterns C.Z and D.B were the only ones whose effects triggered during the test.
Notes: Shift pattern C.Z persisted when the vehicle was motionless, as noted by Researcher Salazar upon entering the vehicle and demanding CSD-789 to ''Turn that thing off or I'll personally deport you back to Mariachiland!''⁴

Test Number: 010.
Personnel Involved: CSD-790, a 27 year old Caucasian female convict.
Objective: Measure the strength of RPC-052's magnetic field during shift pattern O.H.
Procedures: CSD-790 was instructed to drive near various objects affected by drive pattern O.H while the aforementioned effect was triggered.
Result: Inconclusive. RPC-052 crashed into a police car during the third repetition of the test when CSD-790 confused the brake with the acceleration pedal.

Test Number: 012.
Personnel Involved: CSD-791⁵ CSD-792, a 17 year old African-American male convict.
Objective: Determine the rate of gasoline consumption by RPC-052 during shift pattern M.I.
Procedures: CSD-792 was instructed to perform a test drive under shift pattern M.I.
Result: The rate of consumption was determined to increase varyingly between 13% and 43%.
Notes: On the fifth recreation of the experiment, CSD-792 immediately attempted to flee by driving away from the test area shifting between drive patterns M.I and D.B. This escape attempt was unsuccessful due to the low gasoline levels resulting from the previous tests, and the individual was successfully recaptured by ASF Lieutenant ████ Jammar.

+ Addenda 052.3 - Neutralization Incident:

During a second interrogation, CSD-791 accused Researcher Salazar of being an acquaintance of RPC-052's previous owner. ASF Commander Jammar was tasked to investigate Researcher Salazar's office, while two Authority agents were dispatched at the subject's home. During this period, Researcher Salazar was informed of the operative when escorting CSD-791 to Garage 9 for a scheduled experiment with RPC-052. Once the vehicle was provided, CSD-791 entered the passenger's area and Researcher Salazar proceeded to drive away from Garage 9.

30 minutes after ASF personnel were notified of a Class-CSD Containment Failure, several Authority agents intercepted a radio message from the local police department, claiming that a van matching the description of RPC-052 was spotted in the west region of Los Angeles. The subjects inside the van were reported to kidnap a 12 year old female child and hold her as a hostage. MST Romeo-7 (''Suited Gentlemen'') mobilized for an immediate containment operation.

RPC-052 was found 10 minutes later by MST Romeo-7 on [REDACTED], a nearby parking lot. The vehicle was burning, and most of the essential components were incinerated beyond repair. Both Researcher Salazar and CSD-791 were found deceased inside the van, partially burnt, and the child reported on the police radio channel was missing from the scene. An autopsy revealed that both of the subjects expired due to internal hemorrhage caused by several gunshots in the cranium, torso, and lungs. The police department later reported that the child had been retrieved back to its family, deeming a rescue operation completely unnecessary.

A subsequent review of nearby security footage that captured RPC-052 revealed various unidentified individuals surrounding RPC-052 during its incineration, and one of the subjects was seen talking with the missing child. The subject was approximately 20 years old, and like the other individuals, has his eyes protected by dark sunglasses and his mouth covered by a black scarf. The only identifiable trait between all subjects was their close resemblance to a nearby Mexican gang.
