Registered Phenomena Code: XXX

Object Class: Beta-White

Hazard Types: Invisibility Hazard

Containment Protocols: RPC-XXX is currently contained within a sealed room at Site-181. Staff at both Site-181 and Site-012 are advised not to bring any valuable objects onsite and to keep essential equipment with them at all times.

Thermal cameras are stationed throughout Site-012 to monitor lingering entities. Due to budgetary concerns and a decrease in activity, monitoring is now limited to key locations.

Description: Object is a 0.8 x 1.3 meter acrylic painting depicting the wall of an unspecified location. Upon this wall hangs another painting in an ornate frame depicting a foggy forest. Several hairless humanoid figures possessing elongated noses and pointed ears are depicted crawling out of the frame.

RPC-XXX first gained notoriety as the sole surviving object of a house fire, believed to be an act of arson but with no suspects ever determined. Records indicate it was passed from owner to owner, with each reporting paranormal activity or other unusual events while it was in their possession.

After the object's arrival at Site-012, personnel reported experiencing phenomenon not attributable to other anomalies on-site. Items would move to different locations when unobserved, light switches would flick independently, and doors would randomly lock. At times items such as jewelry, keys, and coins would go missing entirely. These events were not definitively linked to RPC-XXX until a security footage review involving thermal imaging discovered heat signatures resembling the figures depicted within the painting. Further investigation revealed that these entities were emerging from RPC-XXX and actively interacted with the environment, at which point the object was transferred to Site-181. It has remained in isolated containment since.

Entities produced by RPC-XXX have persisted within Site-012. However, the frequency of incidents and entities sighted have gradually declined following RPC-XXX's relocation. Most personnel have agreed on one of two explanations:
1. The entities have expired, decayed, or otherwise disappeared.
2. The entities have left Site-012.
