Relevant Phenomena Composure: RPC-XXX is a humanoid entity currently inhabiting Copper Canyon, Chihuahua, Mexico. RPC-XXX measures approximately 2m in height¹ and is abnormally thin. It displays black plumage along its arms and face and has demonstrated the limited ability to fly. Its legs are digitigrade in nature and it possesses talons similar to birds of prey, along with a beak and oversized, oblique black eye-slits. DNA analyses of recovered feathers have suggested similarities to the American barn owl.² Surviving eyewitnesses have described RPC-XXX as female and elderly in appearance.

RPC-XXX has displayed extreme aggressive behavior towards humans; research has linked it to ██ disappearances in the Copper Canyon region since 19██. Though RPC-XXX has been observed preying on humans and livestock for food, other attacks have been clearly malicious in nature, and RPC-XXX is believed to be sapient.
