Containment Protocols: Containment of RPC-XXX is predominantly focused on recovering instances of RPC-XXX-A and preventing information on RPC-XXX from leaking to the general population. Law enforcement agencies worldwide are to be monitored for reports of RPC-XXX, and any confirmed instances are to be retrieved by local agents. All civilian witnesses are to be administered Class-A Amnestics as needed. Standard dissemination prevention measures to deal with reports of RPC-XXX in the media. In particular, the █ occurrences of RPC-XXX that predate identification of RPC-XXX-A as anomalous are to be discredited as urban legends. Recovered instances of RPC-XXX-A are to be kept in standard cold storage containers.
Description: RPC-XXX is a phenomenon involving the spontaneous manifestation of human faces in various locations worldwide. These faces, designated RPC-XXX-A, all appear to have been surgically removed from their presumed owners. These faces, at the time of their manifestation, have appeared to be recently removed, with some still containing fresh blood on discovery. Instances can appear in any area not currently being directly observed by humans; the shortest length of time between a location’s last observance and the discovery of an RPC-XXX-A instance has been approximately three minutes, while the longest has been four days. Beyond this, no distinct pattern has been identified in locations where RPC-XXX occurs. Attempts to identify persons that RPC-XXX-A instances have been removed from have been unsuccessful except for RPC-XXX-A231. RPC-XXX-A are otherwise non-anomalous.
